In digging hole, access to it was achieved by a ramp at one corner. Now to fill the hole with concrete, a "dam" is built & back supported by the skid steer. Thisfiber optic "TelePort" site is located in downtown Lawrenceville VA & is the 2nd of its' type in Virginia.
